HeyTML membuat website kado digital custom (ulang tahun, anniversary, dan momen spesial) berdasarkan materi dan pilihan design yang Anda kirimkan melalui HeyTML Studio.

2. Pemesanan & Pembayaran

• Order dianggap masuk setelah pembayaran terverifikasi.
• Harga tertera adalah sekali bayar; add-on (Hapus Watermark, Link Lifetime, dll.) bersifat opsional.
• Estimasi pengerjaan ±1 hari kerja setelah form lengkap diisi.

3. Masa Aktif & Revisi

• Website aktif selama 30 hari sejak tayang; add-on Link Lifetime membuat website aktif selamanya.
• Anda mendapat kuota 1× edit gratis melalui link edit; kuota tambahan dapat dibeli.

4. Konten Pengguna

Anda bertanggung jawab atas materi yang diunggah (foto, lagu, pesan) dan memastikan tidak melanggar hukum atau hak pihak ketiga. Kami berhak menolak konten yang melanggar.

5. Pengembalian Dana

Karena bersifat custom, pembayaran yang sudah diproses tidak dapat dikembalikan, kecuali kegagalan layanan berasal dari pihak kami dan tidak dapat kami perbaiki.

6. Perubahan Ketentuan

Ketentuan dapat diperbarui sewaktu-waktu; versi terbaru selalu tersedia di halaman ini.

By ordering HeyTML's service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before making a payment.

1. Service

HeyTML creates custom digital gift websites (birthdays, anniversaries, and special moments) based on the materials and design choices you submit through HeyTML Studio.

2. Ordering & Payment

• An order is considered placed once payment is verified.
• The listed price is a one-time payment; add-ons (Remove Watermark, Link Lifetime, etc.) are optional.
• Estimated turnaround is ±1 working day after the form is completed.

3. Active Period & Revisions

• The website is active for 30 days from launch; the Link Lifetime add-on keeps it active forever.
• You get a 1× free edit quota via the edit link; additional quota can be purchased.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the materials you upload (photos, songs, messages) and for ensuring they do not violate any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject infringing content.

5. Refunds

Because the work is custom-made, processed payments are non-refundable, unless a service failure originates from us and cannot be resolved.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time; the latest version is always available on this page.
